How to choose the proper size?

Zazza has a detailed product description and information about sizes for each product in the size guide. We advise you to take your measurements and compare them to the size guide and choose the suitable size. Because of that, Zazza doesn't accept returns for the reason of the wrong sizes.

What payment options do I have with Zazza?

Zazza accepts secure payments via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.

Will I be charged for customs, taxes, VATs, or other extra fees?

Zazza does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. In some unique cases, your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes, or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

How to pay with a credit card:

  • Select your shipping address or create a new one;
  • Enter your card details and click "Submit";
  • Your payment will be processed, and a receipt will be sent to your email address. The money would be deducted once you paid successfully.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Zazza offers you a free shipping service. In case you want to change your product, you will pay shipping costs.

How do I track my order's progress?

When will I receive my order?

 Zazza pays attention to shipping processes. So she does her best that your package gets delivered to you as a short time as possible. Normally, you will receive your order in 7-45 business days from the order date.       

Refunds and Returns

How do I receive my refund?

If the order is broken, defective and does not match the color or model, or never arrives,  we can provide full refunds to customers within 14 days of delivery date and once the order is shipped back. If shipping costs exceed your items' value, we will agree with you on your unreturned things.

You may return all products within 14 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for an exchange. 

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided— the address you can find at our Return & Refund Policy also. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department to process your refund request. Please contact us by clicking  Contact us  in your order account with submitting the ticket. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Shella accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
